With a flower shop opening soon and a full cast of quirky neighbors and friends, her new digs are exactly what she's been looking for. Away from the hectic hustle and bustle of the city, Lacey has found peace and happiness. This was a nice read in that it was clean! No needless sex scenes or bad language. It was an easy and entertaining book. Ms. Pinkerton is a likable character, as are the other people in the town. I look forward to reading the next one.

I am an avid reader and appreciated how easily these characters came to life in this story. Apparently Lacey’s nose knows no limitations in solving crime. Keep’em coming.

I really loved the book, I loved the setting, the characters and just everything about it. It was the perfect balance between realistic fiction and murder mystery for me! The thing I hate most about most mystery books is that they’re so scary and intense but this one kept me “not scared” and wanting more! My ONLY complaint about this amazing book is the fact that the mystery is solved with a confession. ☹️ it’s a lot of build up and excitement and suddenly someone just says they did it. Especially since the crime solving characters were about to crack the case with evidence from the scene and just as they are about to say who did the deed, someone comes and tells them exactly who did the deed. (It wasn’t explicitly mentioned but it was obvious to figure out) Overall, you should totally read this! I had a bunch of different theories throughout the whole thing that kept changing when new evidence came into play, and it was just so intriguing and awesome. Thank you London!! 💖💖

Good story line. I enjoyed this mystery & all the characters. Pink was a joy as she involved herself in discovering who actually killed Beverly. I loved her interaction with Detective Briggs and wonder if they will get together in book 2.

Reading this book makes you want to snuggle in a chair with a hot beverage by the sea. I couldn’t guess “who done it”. Well written!
